Mieszkanie w odcieniach szarości położone na ostatnim piętrze budynku. Wnętrze ma 68,6m2 powierzchni i składa się z dwóch pokoi.
Jeden to salon, w którym umieszczono dwie sofy naprzeciw siebie (mniejszą i większą), pomiędzy nimi dwa stoliki. Nad stolikiem powieszono lampę – żyrandol ozdobioną czterema żarówkami. Na ścianie znalazło się miejsce na telewizor, co ciekawe pośród obrazków w ciemnych i jasnych ramkach.Całość stworzyła bardzo ciekawą kompozycję.
Za sofą ustawiono modułowe szafki, które pełnią funkcję komody oraz dzielą przestrzeń dzienną od jadalni. Z salonu przechodzi się do kuchni, w której także dominują szarości.
Ciemne fronty szafek połączono z czarnymi i srebrnymi sprzętami agd oraz białą baterią.
Oprócz pokoju dziennego w tym 68m2 mieszkaniu jest kolejne pomieszczenie, w którym urządzono sypialnię. Tutaj także zastosowano głównie szary kolor, w różnych odcieniach. Jasną i ciemną ścianę „łączy” powierzchnia, na której są oba odcienie tej barwy. Dodatków w sypialni jest niewiele, ale wszystkie ładnie wyeksponowane.
